A gossip starts spreading out that Fat Wallet Joe, a Sai Lo under the Dai Lo James Lai gets killed in a shootout with the L.S.P.D. however, his sister is seen coming in Chinatown and creating havoc about how he got killed, and blames the Chinatown community for it.
